Meet The Team
- Rosemary Davies, Managing Director
Supporting others is something I’ve been passionate about for almost as long as I can remember, but it’s also something I’ve had to do.
I was the main carer for my elderly mum and have supported my adult daughter who has an acquired brain injury. So I understand both the rewards and the frustrations of being a carer to loved ones. From accessing funding to finding the right care package, navigating the care sector can be extremely challenging, both emotionally and physically.
I have a Post-Master’s qualification in social work and throughout my 31 year career I’ve provided and managed services for hospitals, prisons and local government.
I’ve supported people from all walks of life, all ages and in all fields of social care including substance misuse, criminal justice, older persons’ care, physical disabilities, mental health and brain injuries.
I understand that it’s the little things that make the biggest differences to your quality of life. I love it when we can be that difference. I enjoy supporting people to have the best quality of life and my goal is always to help them regain or maintain their independence wherever possible.
- Charlotte Hill, Registered Care Manager
I am passionate about delivering truly personalised care with each individual at the heart of the service.
Throughout my 13 year career, I’ve provided quality assurance services to ensure people supported and cared for receive the highest level of personalised care possible.
I started my career as a care assistant in an elderly care home before becoming a registered care manager.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all backgrounds, ages and abilities. I’ve also worked in variety of settings including care homes, mental health services, learning disabilities residential services and community home care. However, while I love the variety of people I’ve been able to care for, I still have a soft spot for supporting the elderly.
I have also been responsible for the quality compliance of registered services ensuring they adhere to regulation, legislation and achieve high quality provision of services.
